All 2,000 square feet of THE EUREKA COOKING LAB’s facilities provides a safe haven for curious minds to satiate their intellectual hunger and quench their thirst for knowledge of all things culinary; fusing artistic fervour with the disciplines demanded of its flavours and fragrance of its delicious creations.

3 Unique Learning Spaces
The OVEN is TECL’s modern Kitchen that has a training capacity for 24 students that utilise 12 stations, each equipped with induction stoves. The high tech kitchen also comes equipped with LED TVs, audio system and video projection system with recording capabilities. It has a baking section that has 6 state-of-the-art SMEG Ovens.
The TABLE is TECL’s 16 pax training area that allows educators to set and prepare the ground work for learners. This modular area is extendable to take up to 36 pax when extended and used in conjuction
with the SHOWCASE Area.
The SHOWROOM is TECL’s simulation room; an up to 36-seater mock restaurant that allows practical hands on-training purposes, in a real-life, real-time setting and realistic environment that simulate realistic scenarios. This is where getting real life training for one gets as good as it gives.
